This week, we are showing: Spring Forward (1999)

Trying to put himself back together after serving prison time for robbery, Paul (Liev Schreiber) takes a job as a parks employee in a small Connecticut town. His co-worker, Murph (Ned Beatty), a generation older than Paul, is dealing with his own issues, though he is reluctant to share them.  After a shaky start, the two men begin to share stories and experiences that bond them Murph's age and experience starts to temper Paul's fiery nature, as the younger man begins to embrace his new life.
