Kids in grades 3 and up are invited to join us for Maker Monday! A makerspace is a place for hands-on learning with all the tools for creativity. Every month will have a different theme and different tools for the kids to use. Examples include robotics, 3D pens, circuits, and more! Projects will be hands-on, open-ended and encourage inventiveness and problem-solving skills.
This month's Maker Monday: Make Your Sculpture Glow!
This month kids will use electrically conductive dough to build a sculpture and then add a little zip and zazzle to their sculptures by using Squishy Circuits to make LED bulbs light up!
Registration is required.
By participating in or attending any library event, program, or class, visitors may be photographed by library staff.
