Program Description

Event Details

Kids in grades 3 and up are invited to join us for Maker Monday! A makerspace is a place for hands-on learning with all the tools for creativity. Every month will have a different theme and different tools for the kids to use. Examples include robotics, 3D pens, circuits, and more! Projects will be hands-on, open-ended and encourage inventiveness and problem-solving skills.

Join us for a fun and interactive Maker Monday where kids will design their very own "Light Up" cards for special occasions like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, birthdays, and more. Using simple materials and a bit of circuitry, they'll create cards that light up with a personal touch!

This hands-on Makerspace workshop encourages creativity, teaches basic electronics in a fun and approachable way, and provides a meaningful and memorable experience. Plus, the light-up cards make for unforgettable gifts or keepsakes!

Join us in celebrating the season and your special occasions with a spark of creativity!

Registration is required.
