Program Description

Event Details

Kids in grades 3 and up are invited to join us for Maker Monday! A makerspace is a place for hands-on learning with all the tools for creativity. Every month will have a different theme and different tools for the kids to use. Examples include robotics, 3D pens, circuits, and more! Projects will be hands-on, open-ended and encourage inventiveness and problem-solving skills.

Get creative and learn basic electronics by designing your own light-up holiday cards using paper circuits! Celebrate the season with glowing greetings for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, and more. We'll use LEDs, copper tape, and batteries to bring your festive artwork to life. All materials provided.
