Program Description

Event Details

Bring your dreams to life with technology! Students in grades 3 and up will use Makey Makeys to create an interactive “I Have a Dream” poster inspired by themes of hopes, goals, and positive change.

A Makey Makey is an invention kit designed to connect everyday objects to computer keys.

By combining art supplies, conductive materials, and simple circuits, participants will transform their posters into touch-activated creations that play sounds.

This program encourages self-expression, problem-solving, and collaboration while introducing the basics of physical computing. No prior experience required.

Registration is only for children.
