Program Description

Event Details

Step into the rhythm and connect with Matt Price during our lively and welcoming drum circle class designed for all experience levels! In this upbeat group experience, participants explore the power of drumming as a tool for social connection, creativity, and mindful presence. Together, we’ll learn basic rhythms, experiment with musical patterns, and discover how drumming can spark communication without a single word.

This session will include a rhythmic mindfulness exercise—a simple, grounding practice you can take with you anywhere. Whether it’s centering your breath with a steady pulse, tapping out tension, or using rhythm to reset your focus, you’ll gain a practical skill to support calm and clarity beyond the circle.

Come for the drums, stay for the community—no musical background required. Just bring your curiosity, your energy, and your heartbeat. Let’s create something vibrant, connected, and joyfully rhythmic together!
